Tbh I don't think it's surprising. Youtube channels as a whole, but especially Smosh, have a habit of having people leave and then it's just never addressed. Take Mari leaving, for example, one minute she's in stuff, then she's not, and there's no public statement to say she's gone, she's just not there anymore.It's one of the most inventive channels out there currently.
