Armscor ammo is made both in the USA and abroad, depending on the caliber. The 10mm stuff is USA made and has been reliable. I think in previous years Armscor ammo was a lot more iffy, but in recent years they've taken pains to improve quality, and I think the move to the USA was responsible for much of that. This is the first time I've used Armscor ammo and I'm pretty sure it will be the last time. At the last gun show I attended I picked up a random box of Armscor 158gr 357 Mag ammo. It was for $15 so figured what the hell, I'll give it a try. So out of 50 rounds I have 5 fail to fire. That's a pretty big failure rate for one box of ammo.

I have had no problem at all with the Armscor. The Phillipine ammo is hotter than the "USA" ammo. I have fired over 500 rounds of the USA and maybe 20 rounds total from two different boxes of the Phillipine source and now shoot only the "USA" for it's light recoil properties. PPU is seving me well with the same light recoil.I've also taken the time to snag a few other Armscor ammo reviews from real ammo.com customers- Frank had this to say about the 30 Carbine 110-grain FMJ, "I have owned my M-1 Carbine since the early '90s, fired it many, many times & I have NEVER had any feeding issues, reloading issues, or jams.
