I couldn't find an actual way to disable/hide it properly without using an addon. I found a command but it looks like it doesn't work anymore on DF, the castbar reappears at game restart. Send help please. I use Plater and it has an option to hide the blizzard castbar, if that helps.

elvui customtweaks has a castbar text color option. Not quite sure what you are wanting the castbars to look like, in elvui the coloring options are under General -> colors -> castbar. Other options (sizing, icon etc.) are under the focus frame options in unit frames.Most Weak Auras packages come bundled in with a Cast Bar, but we feel that the ElvUI's Cast Bar has all the functionality needed and on top of that, it's already customised.
