I'm in the best shape of my life right now. I usually do at least 60 minutes of brisk walking per day. I always try to hit 10,000 steps at least. Since you can kinda relate to these folks so hearing what you go through is cool I definitely relate to them. There we’re obviously other train wrecks - Margaret, the 30 something toddler, between being covered in feces 90 percent of the time and wailing uncontrollably whenever she was uncomfortable she was a mess.
