This is capped at 420k meaning you can reach this sum in a little over 3 hours. 420k is equal to 5.25 levels and keep in mind this is from doing nothing.

Essentially, it will buff xp gains until you use up the entire bonus effect. While you have supercharged XP, your XP bar will turn gold instead of purple and a small white lightning bolt will appear to indicate when you will have used the bonus up completely. The supercharge is persistent.
