There are a total of 37 different outfits in the game, most of the outfits require 3 pieces to them so in reality there is much more than 37. A lot of them are missable however, as they are located in areas of the game which get locked out and you cannot return to get them. Be very careful and follow a guide to make sure you don't miss any.
