I have researched this on Reddit and it appears Vizio response is that it is because the internet speed is fluctuating. HDR10 pops up every time it fluctuates, which is constant. It should only pop up when starting the program, not throughout the entire show or movie. It is EXTREMELY distracting and annoying.
