Wave/Astound went down at something like 10AM this morning. It is now 10PM and they are still down. I contacted their support chat around noon, and again at around 8 PM. Both times they acknowledged a widespread outage in Seattle, and said it would last for some more hours. Pretty darn weak.

Specifically, Wave/Astound's DNS server died for a little bit. I'm on beacon hill and Astound went out for me last night. It still wasn't working this morning after cycling the modem/router a few times so I called them and they somehow fixed it on their end while also acknowledging that there have been outages all over Seattle.
