Script mods can't be deeper than 1 folder (sims 4 > mods > folder), cc can be up to 5 folders iirc. So you can do your cc like Creator name then make a subfolder for tops, dresses, accessories etc. To see what's in the package either use sims 4 studio or sims 4 mod manager. If you need to find a specific cc item, you can use sims 4 Studio.
