Mouse and Keyboard just feels smoother to me. I've played every other MMO on MnK as well so that helps as well, it's all personal preference. If I had to say I'd probably say MnK has a slight advantage. Also navigating the UI with a controller is so clunky and slow and I don't like the look of the controller UI.
