quick campaign farmers require relatively end game gear (you probably need something like 4000+ atk, 100% crit rate, 200+% crit damage). most people just use their starter for campaign farming even if it takes 30 seconds or so until they're more towards the end game. you can build them for cb and they'll work perfectly fine for that purpose.

Apothecary should get to 6* at some point but you're not really in a hurry on that, he can do most of his job just fine at 5*. Fellhound is mainly used as FK specialist and as super-fast campaign farmer - but unless you somehow have limited time to play and find fast farming very important, a speed farmer isn't generally top priority either.

Fellhound can farm the campaign really fast. Make rector tanky (hp, def) and make sure warmaiden is fast with acc. Grace chiller is ok for cb.
