The poignant fact about that female Viera hat mod is that 99% of the hats don't have clipping issues with the ears, yes, even the bent ears don't have major problems. Some of the hairs do have problems but that can be fixed when they create the "hair-hat" model every hair gets. Not really different to this IIRC the hood on the Bozja fending gear, Copied Factory aiming gear and the Calfskin Cap. These also hide Miqo ears. Those don’t hide the ears, the ears clip through all those. Calfskin cap doesn’t appear on Viera at all. To OP, the helms from the newest dungeon (Paglth’an) are wearable and hide the ears.
