You guessed it: 2 INT plus the bobblehead. Besides, you might want AGI at least 7 to be sneaky, get Ninja and a decent ammount of AP. The rest goes into LCK, rising it later to at least 7 for Critical Banker. Fudgemuppet builds are designed to play on normal, and this one specifically is tough with the lack of armorer.
