Thanks for the reply. If you can get a light or in the morning, i would check for the inline main trailor fuse in the battery box. It will be 125 or 150 amp fuse, with 2 eyelits on it. If that is good i would trace from there to the pdm under the truck. It definatly sounds like a blown fuse or chassis module.

No fuse for the city horn on the M2 platform. It is controlled by the Body Control Module (BCM). Sounds like a bigger problem than a fuse or everything on the module would not work. Plus, after a search of many trucker's forums on location of Freightliner city horn fuse no one could find it.
