Stolen has absolutely touched my heart. The detaiIed and rawness of her experiences is so well written! I can't help but think how Elizabeth must of felt reliving such a Trumatic time in her life. I hope and pray it was therapeutic for her. I am apalled there were and even still are these types of schools in operation.However, as a memoir, if we are to take her unparalleled story aside, A Stolen Life does not amaze.
