For a workaround, you can create a new build with the Animate Guardian's gear, export it including auras, and use the party tab to import it as a "support character". So I bought a level 20, 23% Animate Guardian gem linked to a 20/20 Meat Shield. I put like 150 chaos into the armor and weapon on it. Using Kingmaker, Mask of the Stitched Demon and Garb of the Ephemeral.Hall of Grandmasters, some Legion fights with increased damage, multiple Abbaxoth spawns in crazy beyond maps, and deep delving can all kill even juiced up Animate Guardians. Played summoner this whole league. Only lost mine in hall of grand masters unique map. Cortex with nasty mods.

They just released a patch that reduced dmg to minions of some skills in Tota. If u invest everything on the tree+ link ur AG to meat shield + minion life + elemental army/fortify + give it expensive bis defensive options and it still dies, then thats a balance issue. Animate Guardian not working. This is the first time I have tried to use animate guardian on any character. I find it isn't working at all. I place appropriate items on the ground, trigger the spell, loose some mana, but no guardian shows up. The items remain in place.
