It's a thrall armor. It's extremely heavy but basically makes thralls un-killable. You need like 70ish armor scrap from warmakers dungeon to craft it and you get between 10-20ish each run through the dungeon. I play on official and have one set made for my thrall and that's it.
God breaker has plenty of very beneficial pieces to perfect various builds, namely the grips and helm. 2000 armor is 80% DR. And please tell me which heavy armor has better base armor value then Perfected heavy with a bonus worth putting on thralls. Again HP increases on thralls are pointless. Remember that Perfected Heavy is the BiS for AGI armor so don't reply with STR armor. I am aware there are better STR armors except for legs and feet armor.
