I have review the Genie GS-1930 Repair Manual. Review the Hydraulic and Electrical Schematics. I can see the one of these might be the problem: 1) S14-Platform Height Sensor. 2) PT15-Platform Overload Sensor (Pressure Transducer). Only problem, inspected the lift, Non of the Sensor Exist (There's None).

The electrical diagrams are near the end of the manual, scroll through the diagrams to the one that covers s/n 54000 - 59999.
