Simply lead a tamed Mosa with a lot of health on a Basilo towards the Tuso. Once the Tuso has a hold of your Mosa (it cannot grab a Basilo) you jump off and hurry towards its mouth to feed is and you quickly jump on the Basilo again. Then repeat till the Tuso is tamed. #2.
