Workhorse 1975t.
So guessing I'll be cooking on it by April... which is a super tough wait. A few weeks after I ordered it, I got the Franklin pit email that it was my turn, but stuck with the 1975. Also reconsidered the Millscale 94 since their lead time is much shorter, but with shipping its a few thousand $ more than even the Workhorse.

Many of the high priced competitors aren't setup like this. They can't push out as many backyard pits as WH without delaying other areas of their business. Mad scientist bbq did a blind taste taste between the workhorse 1975 and the fatstack fs120 (which he said is the best smoker he's ever used, its also 2k more).
