Yeah - it might also be fun to pick a quiet server, syncdrop with some buddies so that you get a few hatchlings and a few geared guys - then use the hatchies as bait :D. I did several pistol runs last night. Brought pistol backpack and scav vest and wasn’t tagged or cursed any round. I don't know 100% the exact requirements. But if you take a main weapon (so even just a TOZ), even without gear you don't get tagged. If you only take a pistol though, and no other gear, you do get tagged. And if you take a pistol but also take a rig, you don't get tagged. 4.

Yes tagged and cursed is real. sixnb • 1 yr. ago. Yes tagged and cursed is a thing. You can get the status by loading in with just a gun and ears, having any sort of armor will negate it. No cultists do not make you tagged and cursed. If they hit you with melee you get poisoned and need an antidote or augmentin or you will die after a set time.
