Madden is a seasonal game and if the game is down for 1-2 months that’s a lot of items that gamers could have earned that they didn’t because your game doesn’t work. I have lost weeks of solo battles, I rarely lose in solo battles, I missed out on all the rewards and packs when it was down.

I never received my rewards after getting ranked LEGEND in solo battles week ending 1/17/21. I have contacted EA help 3 times and it seems they cant see my info for that week even though i was told they can the past 2 weeks and even sent a screen shot of my ranking.I’ve noticed after Monday morning playing one solo battle they disappeared on madden and it’s not refreshed has EA got stupid after John madden passed because this is worse madden game in previous years . I’m able to login to ultimate team, play challenges, and open packs, but when trying to play Solo Battles or H2H it just tells me the servers can’t process my request 93 people had this problem. Me too
