The maximum efficient RPM for a G0-Devil is the same as the maximum torque output @ 2100 RPM. With standard 29" tall tires the pre 1963 CJ's will optimally cruise at 35 MPH. Not nearly as efficient but I will recommend an absolute maximum sustained RPM of 3100.
