As it currently stands, Omnivamp is just Lifesteal, with extra steps, and it's far more usefull on Champs that can already use Lifesteal. Example: Irelia, she can quite nicely build Goredrinker, because the 10% Omnivamp on her works like the 10% Lifesteal of Shieldbow, since she is mostly AA based and Single target, the 10% Omnivamp doesn't get the 33% effectiveness debuff.
