If they hit you with melee you get poisoned and need an antidote or augmentin or you will die after a set time. More specifically, the Scav AI won’t wait around for you like they normally do or start targeting you after seeing you. It seems cursed isn't online unless you do ridiculous runs multiple times in a row. Cursed is almost like hacks. They know everything about you. It presently is believed only to exist offline or in rare cases. Tagged just means you're on Scav sights. Find cover for ~2 minutes and they reset. Some people treat scav karma as a currency, keep overall good, but sometimes that rogue or raider loot looks just a little too nice to pass up. No pistol. Whoever is going to be tagged/cursed comes in with nothing but ears usually, in my group at least. They'll get a gun, armored rig, helmet, and backpack usually. It's something we just rotate around and it helps us pull more scavs. Plus it's fun to say "I'm giving you a loadout" and handing someone a tricked out m4 and whatnot. Tagged and cursed would allow you to use your scav how you see fit, I am 100% with you, if I spawned with a 20 mill key I would want to be able to get out with ease. If you have good karma this would be incredibly easy, as you would have to not worry about scavs shooting you and other non friendly player scavs would be marked and cursed.
