You can't do them in t grounds, situations, or any special event. There is 12 of them I wanna do them to get renown but I just did a training camp with one of the available characters and there was no progress to…. The operator specialties were available to me before but after I unplugged my ps5 and went back on r6, it gave me the option to choose online data or local data. I chose online data but then the operator specialties been locked ever since. How do I fix it? Restarting didnt help? Same from pc to console. Some "Operator Specialties" not progressing. Avoid because it's a waste of an operator: Nokk, Fuze, Frost, Cav, Kapkan, Oryx. Very rarely useful or worth bringing, but not quite in the last category because they do have specific situations you might occasionally want to bring them: Gridlock, Zero, Amaru, Kali, Blackbeard, Lion, Glaz, Alibi, Rook, Doc, Echo, Tachanka.

They were working fine until last night (2 days after I unlocked them) and have been greyed out since. All of them just say "Learn more about (blank) specialty and complete challenges to unlock (blank)."
