Yeah, per account. So 500 Experience would be the max you could ever minus from the account. So, if you somehow barraged 583 Experience, you'd still be level 2. :D (in regards to reducing Defence experience on a 1 defence account that is) I don’t see the point of a 500 XP limit, especially at 5m a lamp.
