After the controller is powered down, unplug the RJ45 connection from the back of the controller. Plug the RJ45 connection back into the controller and then plug the controller back into the power source. The ScreenLogic system will then be reset and the initial setup screens will appear. The first time you launch Screenlogic Connect in windows you need to right click and "run as administrator" enter your username and password then select the "configure screen logic" piece and exit, then select "Start Screen Logic" and exit.
