The co-op has about 14,000 miles of distribution and transmission lines. The co-op's Average Service Availability Index is an excellent 99.72 percent. As a not-for-profit company, the co-op provides service at cost. Its rates are among the most competitive in Florida, and margins (referred to as Capital Credits) are refunded to its member-owners.Allocated capital credits are paid on a 20-year cycle, provided the cooperative’s financial position is not jeopardized.
