Last night, I switched from Pinco's UI to the Default UI in EC to test something out. When I switched back to Pinco's, my main hotbar was missing (the one with Character - Skills - Guild - Settings - Quests - Backpack - etc on it). I did not get a dialogue to recreate it (the "keep your mouse moving" message) when I logged in. While holding the slide bar with left click, I can switch back to the character missing the slide using F1, F2, F3, F4 (whatever spot they are in) and it reappears. Unfortunately I can still accidentally slide it off and have to redo to bring it back, but it is a sort of fix.
