The Chain Lightning is ideally suited for Gaige builds with heavy investment in the Little Big Trouble tree (specifically Wires Don't Talk, Electrical Burn and Myelin). Unless you’re using the community patch, it looks like you picked the worst Gaige skills and decided to make a build off them. Edit- trust me I’ve tried using shock Gaige before. I’ve been playing this game for 7 or so years and have used Gaige for 80% of that.

As far as gaige raid builds, only thing I can suggest is getting max anarchy stacks first or if you get fed up with it just do morningstar glitch lol. Unfortunately, Gaige's best answer to raiding at the highest difficulties (OP10) is Beehawking with a dose of Lady Fist crit swapping, Grog-Hive or Flakhabbing.
