keep looking, she spawns not very often at mounds of the dead but i came across her a couple times and she was there when farming cimmerian armor. i personally prefer to get a berserker first, 2 almost guaranteed spawns at the mounds, and if i go east i always grab a teimos, that 10k+ hp is really helpful. It's pretty to spot her, btw. They're probably the strongest damage-dealing thralls you can get, but their HP is lacking compared to other top-tier thralls. The absolute best thrall in the game is probably Dalinsia Snowhunter, who can spawn here or Stargazer's Crest, just to the northeast. She's also a named thrall of that same faction, except she actually has a name.
