Go to the lake at the bottom in (highlighted in red) and catch Tromyzon in hot spots during the Cold cycle. That counts as a rare Servofish. This is exactly what I did. Took me less than 10 minutes, no lures. I like staying in the half submerged ship in the lake.

Baiting works the same as PoE: bait must be thrown into certain "hotspots" in order to attract fish. This time, instead of being large ripples, the hotspots are colorful, aurora-ish spots in the coolant. Using Luminos Dye with the bait is recommended.
Running Oxylus to find hotspots and fish more easily. Most times when I come upon a hotspot, either there aren't any fish at all, or after catching the fish that are there, no new ones will spawn.
