I checked their 2022-2023 Common Data Set for you. For Fall 2022, 2,259 students were offered a place on the waiting list. 2215 accepted a place on the waiting list. Of those students, 12 were admitted. In 2021-2022, they only admitted 2 of 1716 who accepted a spot on the waitlist. We called housing office and got the answer on themed communities in Paulson. Last year they accepted a bit more than 300 form the waitlist (might be more, but at least 300), and the year before that, they accepted at least 100 (a bit more probably, but at least 100).
