Beginner. I'm new to vaping and purchased a One from POTV based on so many positive reviews. I've used it for 5 or 6 sessions now and am having a very difficult time getting much out of it. I grind to a medium fineness. Fill the dosing capsule full, but not too tight. I pull 3-4 times, each, long and slow, at 350, 375, and 400 degrees. If they come out with a magnetic standard mouthpiece for the new version I might pick it up just in case I'm transporting the vape in a way that might break the glass, but the stem does feel pretty thick and durable, not the same as the potv cooling stem, the one that comes with the new version is about .25 inches shorter and feels sturdier ...
