That spacer between the two bearings is possibly rusted solid. And a whole set of new bearings and axle bolt may be needed and refitted with anti-seize compound to stop future rust seizure. It was not a Gote but a small (er) mini bike. It has a chrome, or nickel plated frame and a strange long curved brake pedal. I believe it is a Sears by Roper like the one in my pic, except not nearly as nice. The original Tecumseh has been replaced by a Honda. There are no fenders and the seat has been replaced by a very crappy homemade one.I recently picked this up and was wondering what exactly it is.
