Xfinity cable box not turning on.

I have unplugged everything, replugged everything and even tried the troubleshoot and nothing is working. The cable box is not powering on but everything else inclusive of the internet is working.The box gives no signal to the tv, and the power button on front of the box doesn't seem to turn it on either. I've also tried holding to power button for 10+ seconds, reconnecting the power cable to the same result every time.
