His short comings at Burton show that Cole cannot just turn it on like a lightswitch. He did well at Morecambe because we built up his ego and played to his strengths. He was never prolific but got off to a flyer in L1 and played on his unknown status in the first few months of the season.

Jimbo was sacked with Fylde at the bottom. Jim now at Southport taking them from league basement to 15th, 2 points from play-offs. Early days yet, but maybe it's not the manager at fault at Fylde.
