SIG had a bad run of them early in P365 production but that problem was licked a long time ago. The new striker will have a stronger, beveled tip on it and should last you many thousands of rounds.

The magazines are tight, but I'm able to load them. My Ruger LCP Max in .380 is very hard to load, but doable. I don't use loaders on these. The micro-compact double stack mags are just generally difficult to load.
