Nov 11, 2018 · The toroids are best farmed around the locations where enemies can drop them. Get some alert beacons to be placed before killing stuff then annihilate whatever spawns. Fairly quick and easy to get them that way. If the spawnrate/scaling feels to high, simply kill off the alert beacons to keep it at a level you like.

From what I've done to get Toroids, a Mesa + Nekros combo should work wonders. I got more than 10 toroids in 10 minutes when I don't even get 1 in three hours of solo farming WITH Nekros.
