Whichever frame you pick, you have to use as much Loot Radar as possible since Wisps will be shown on the minimap as Loot symbols. This is the fastest route and can be done in 3 to 5 minutes. You can get 3 - 5 Wisps per day and 6 - 8 Wisps per night. These numbers will be doubled if you use a Resource doubler.
