So clearly, they didn't enter this game into their system properly and have had several users experience this issue and they continue to not fix it. For the record, I completed the offer on iPad and absolutely selected to allow tracking when it first started and I definitely never played this game before.

Quite regret not doing that with Puzzles & Survival and striking just a bit too early. Sometimes Swagbucks awards the new rate but that didn’t happen with me this time.
