I sent it back to sig twice. they replaced trigger mechanism and trigger bar and its still having same issue.

Field stripped when I first got it home everything seemed tight and didn't make any noise. Stripped factory grease from it and now there is a small rattle from the FCU/ right hand side of FCU when looking down the frame. It seems to me that if there is a problem with mushrooming, it should appear right away; like after test firing at Sig.
