Neptune Community. The Neptune Community is the only community at UCF featuring suite-style housing with private bedrooms. Each suite layout features four private bedrooms sharing two bathrooms. The Neptune Community also features several larger community study spaces, a classroom and a multipurpose space for programs and events.

It’s not necessary to have a car at UCF, but parking is available for residents. A shuttle system is available and serves the on- and off-campus apartment complexes.
