The dragon mace has the objectively better special attack and it has a +5 prayer bonus. I know the D Scimmy offers a higher max hit, but unga bunga aside, the mace has a more benefits. For overall dps scimmy is better. But for looking like an absolute unit when doing slayer, mace is better.
