I felt a bit funny going in while I'm a Legendary Thaumaturge, hearing about this new challenge a bit late, but it was quite easy at my level, so I would say you could probably do it around level 55-60.

If I'm right Ice wizards get their blades at your level. To get to Mount Olympus you need to be level 30+. Visit Cyrus Drake, the Myth school teacher. He will give you a quest that will lead you to Mount Olympus. You'll have to do some talking then you'll get to the Garden of Herspedies (I hope I spelled that right).
