Had to change fuse #50 (cigarette lighter) first, because the OBD port wasn't working. Seems to be popping fuses rather regularly lately, but that's another thread lol.This is an internal fault detection of the Transfer Case Shift Control Module (TCCM). This fault is handled inside the TCCM. No external circuits are involved. At each power-up, the TCCM runs a self-test on the following: - EEPROM Checksum. - ROM Checksum. - RAM Checksum. - RAM Malfunction. P0670 code for 2005,2500 Chevy. I have a 2005, 2500 Chevy with the Duramax, it has a little over 54,000 miles on it. Started up and pulled a load for about 10 miles, shut it off for about 15 min. and then started it back up and pulled forward about 20 feet and the truck died. Orielly's has them for ~$17 w/tax.
