Need help dating my Chicago hardware foundry 85 c. I just got a Chicago hardware foundry 85c (hammered) and was curious if anyone could give me a rough age of these pans. I didn't even know it was hammered till I got all the gunk off the sides its so cool. I'm seasoning as I type this. Any help would be much appreciated.
