Pretty easy to get too, at least for where my castle was. I could get to the accursed shrine on just a few minutes and one time three berserkers spawned. I was set after that. Accursed berserker for sure! Sonja and Dalinsia and few t4 dude thralls spawn regularly at the big Accursed citadel near the tower.

Ps.keep looking, she spawns not very often at mounds of the dead but i came across her a couple times and she was there when farming cimmerian armor. i personally prefer to get a berserker first, 2 almost guaranteed spawns at the mounds, and if i go east i always grab a teimos, that 10k+ hp is really helpful.
