I think my station had a 4% favorable rating for pay, and around 30% for the retention question, which probably isn't that different from the rest of the company. I'm actually fair on the SFA, and if I have a decent manager, they get a good score.

I find BrownCafe (Fedex discussion section) to be comprised of 6-8 people who are current employees, 4 or 5 retired bitter employees, and a couple of Contractors who believe it will be no big deal to handle "a few" time commit pkg's and pups. Hello, looking for some insight. Last December of 2016 I worked at fedex ground as a package handler for only a week until I had a personal situation at home and had to leave immediately...and of course made the stupid decision to not inform anyone. Anyway, its May 2017 now and have applied on...The only part of FedEx I miss is the fellow Couriers I worked with for my 10 years. Some fantastic people, which a few are unfortunately stuck there until they reach retirement, whom I still keep in touch with. I hear from them the same things I see on this forum.
